Hi,I've recently been offered a job with a few of the big 4 consultancies and was looking for information around their bonus schemes and objectives etc to help me make a decision. I've heard that some of the objectives are unrealistic and therefore the bonus' are unrealisticI'm based in London too, so not looking for US guidance.Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'll need to make a decision soon.Regards

Hello, work for a big 4, got the 2nd highest performance grade (I.e. top 15% of firm) and got 6.5% bonus. Hope this helps
