Does anyone know which consulting firm is responsible for helping the DWP bungle this programme?

no idea, sorry :/This sort of garbage does frustrate me. Isn't it about time the government just minded their own business and stopped pestering us all for yet more tax money? Bunch of scroungers.

There's a few, IBM, ACN are the major providers. I've been on the programme for a few months (last year) and although I cannot comment to why it's struggling (well not on here).... I can suggest that change control and requirement changing is conducted far too much, and continual change of leadership feeds this. Suffice to say there's only one winner in this.....
