Think very carefully about EY..The only one of the big 4 that didn't make the Sunday Times Best Companies to work for list. No smoke without fire here.

This group gets its initials switched when people refer to it internally... it's not called TITS because there are lots of women working there...

Funny that as EY entered the best company to work for assessment in previous years :) A good piece of spin to 'not enter' after they failed to make the cut Quite an exodus from EY at the moment, especially in consulting. Lets hope they manage to turn it around.

E&Y UK got damning feedback from the ST and other employee surveys, hence the last second decision to pull out. See early editions (which were meant to be pulped) which showed E&Y well down the list in 90-something place, significantly below the rest of the Big4.

Adam & EYer; Good points you make... if they were true. EY hasnt entered the Times Best Companies since 2008 when it merged as an EMEIA business, so not sure how it would have "not made the cut" or pulled out because it landed in the 90's.. but dont let the facts get in the way.

Best Companies polls are pretty worthless - they largely reflect the degree of corporate effort that has gone into the internal campaign to direct the volume and nature of responses
