40% on a 4. I'm no longer there, that might be good this year. I am was getting 50% on a 3 and 40% on a 2 - though I guess that was the "glory days".

I can't fathom why so many people are whining about PA if they're dishing out 40%, 50% bonuses!!Man, do bankers even get that big a bonus these days?When the rest of us are getting pay CUTS, you're getting 40% bonuses?! Just how bad can it be??!! Sounds pretty frickin awesome to me.

Remember that's 40% on a below market salary and before employer's NI and deferred elements are taken out. Pay has been frozen for yearsThe employee sees 40% of the gross figure. PA are creative in the ways they scr@w over their staff

Don't resign too soon - best wait until 14 April. PA clawed back some bonuses last year from people who resigned early April.Be warned.
