Hi everyone,I have been working for one year at Accenture Tech Consulting (Spain) and feel quite disappointed with the projects I have been assigned to...I came from a top engineering school in Spain, but my grades were not good enough to be interviewd at BCG, McK or ADLittle... I have been told to go to London to get interviewed at ZS. I think it is a good oiportunity to leave IT, but I'm not sure about Pharma Industries... Do you think I could find something better?Thanks a lot!

al - an MBA in the right place (IE, INSEAD or LBS) will help you get into a top MC, no question. Another year in Accenture will probably not be ideal - however it may make the transition to an MBA easier. Most of the top programs expect 2 years or more of quality work experience and don't take green grads. Timing is key - 2 years at analyst in ACN will play nicely into an MBA application then an Associate / Consultant role in MBBB.
