Anyone know whether senior hires (Director/Senior Manager) would have their education scrutinised back to A level results? Does the same emphasis apply on results as it does with grads (minimum 2:1 / strong A levels etc)?Thanks in advance..

I would hope that reasonable people in a competitive world would rise above snobbery, and the fact that somone had worked hard and proved his/her worth in the workplace, bulding a high-profile career, would render his/her A-Levels/University attended practically redundant and at least earn them an interview. But I fear snobbery will win the day in many firms.
