Hi - does anyone know the salary banding for a 'senior consultant' in Deloitte's Consulting practice? I had heard roughly between £57-£60, is this accurate?

Thanks Deloitter - I have to say thats pretty bad, I left Accenture as a mid level consultant two years ago earning more than that figure. I know that a Snr Consultant in Deloitte equates to a M1 at Accenture and as a result I would be expecting a higher salary - food for thought though, thanks

if senior cons of deloitte is M1 of ACN then what does a Manager of Deloitte equates to at ACN?

Makes me feel so satisfied to come on forums like this from time to time and see there are ppl more qualified than me, working twice as hard as me and earning a lot less money.I've been working in industry for 2.5 yrs, so I'd be no more than a senior analyst or consultant in a firm like Deloitte (what's that, like 40K?). I've a nice 50k (and quickly growing) salary. 9-6 job. Interesting work. Actually make a difference.Guys, why do u do it?????

I believe SC at Deloitte equates closer to C3 at Accenture in terms of grading. (You can reach SC at Deloitte in 3-4 years from starting as a grad.) The range for SC at present is 52,100 to 62,000. These figures include 5k of flexible benefits.The lower end of the scale will be for new internal promotes, no one will be on less. The upper end will be either experienced hires or people who were promoted on an older grade/salary scale and have been in grade for a few years.
