I used to work for a boss who was a total idiot. He looked like a muppet. Anyway, he once hosted a "powerpoint party" at the end of the project. We all had to recount memories and say what we thought the funniest or must humourous thing was during the project. The only problem was, this man was a total git. Working on his project was like working in a morgue. Nobody would talk - we were all too scared of him. There was NO fun in that project at all. It was boring and an unhappy place to be. So my story was about how funny I found it when somebody spelt my surname wrong (Jones but they put Jomes in an e-mail). Yeah, REALLY funny that one.Has anyone else been subjected to these sorts of experiences in consultancy?
