Hi folks. Anyone know what bonus was like for Consultants and Senior Consultants in Advisory/Consulting (UK)? Am joining shortly, but curious as to what previous years have been like. Is it % based or fixed amounts at this level?

It's a fixed amount, determined by your performance rating last year and how much your team made (by "team" I mean Pharma, Government, Technology etc). If you're a new joiner they will assign a default rating which still get you a portion of the bonus.
