I've recently been awarded a 25% "hot skills bonus" at ACN, however have not been able to get in touch with my HR rep (as usual) to find out more about it. Would anyone be able to shed any light on the following (or anything else for that matter)?When the bonus is paid out?Are there any terms & conditions that need to be adhered to in order to keep the hot skills bonus?Does it last for a single year?

to the last point, according to the first law of thermodynamics the 'heat' of your skills will remain constant unless transferred via other forms of energy - you should therefore aim to do as little as possible over the coming year.....

LOL @ "ta ta for now".My hobby is blowing kisses and doing a poncy little finger wave at big gruff white van man drivers. Sometimes you can see the fury building up in their face. It is a great way to pass time in traffic jams. Sometimes I lick my lips and that kind of thing too. They go beserk with rage! It can be like watching wild gorillas unleashed!Does anyone else have any hobbies or suggestions for hobbies like this please?
