If I've had a bad day at work because colleagues have been nasty to me or the company has tried to shaft me in some way or another, I like to get my own back in little ways. For instance, sometimes I will take a dump and not flush the toilet. Very petty, I know, but it can be catarthic and makes me feel better. If I'm doing a number 1, sometimes I deliberately miss the urinal and let it go all over the floor. So, tell me about ways in which you too "stick it to the man".

You have got it all wrong my friend. You have to be more direct in where your wee is aimed. Weeing on the floor doesnt do anything but make the cleaners' jobs more difficult. You have to make it hit the person who shafted you in the first place. All you are doing by weeing on the floor is shafting the cleaner and which means that they too are going to feel the need to miss the bowl.
