(similar money, similar role)It's easy to get the job you already have and a cheap shot by the recruiter. But this is worth bearning in mind; with a recruiter trying to sell you a role and with the employer on their best behaviour, doing their best to recruit you, you still are unsure. They still havent convinced you.Cos if they had, you wouldnt be here, having this discussion.If I were you, I'd leverage the offer to your own benefit where you are.
