Does anyone know what the bottom of the SC band is going to be for new internal promotes to Senior Consultant at Deloitte (total package)? Just been promoted!

Congratulations. The bands haven't changed much in recent years - total package value starts at just under £49k for new joiners (it can be less for internal promotes if they think they can get away with it or if you're coming from a low base as a Consultant).

49k sounds low-I know Consultant grades at other companies that earn that. How does the Senior consultant grade at Deloitte vary to SC at Capg, EY, ACN?

All are about the same, for equivalent experience and responsibility. Titles vary but are pretty meaningless anyway.

49k (full package) is low but is also accurate. Internal promotes would be even lower. Deloitte has always paid a bit less than the market (because they could) and in recent years has droped even further behind particularly with internal promotions.To a lesser extent this is true across the entire market as documented by some publications on this website.
