Not really consulting but does anyone on here have any experiences/views on the BT fast track leadership program?Its apparently a 3 year program where you experience 4 areas of BT and receive training/projects with a view to becoming a leader within BT.Presumably the experiences would carry some weight if you decide to leave and move perhaps into MC or elsewhere in industry?Cheers

It's not quite a consulting programme. It's very much an industry programme but for a company big enough to also dabble in a consultative approach to business. You will therefore get skills that appply to consulting, and will be able to move into consulting with a bit of a niche if you decide to do so, but don't think that it's the same.
