Hi allI have worked for Deloitte for just over 5 years in Consulting/SAP/Finance. I am currently a Senior Consultant, and my Salary is £56k + £6k bens + £1.5k bonus.I will find out soon whether I have been promoted to Manager, and based on the payrises last year, I am assuming it will be something like £60k + £7k + £2k. Which based on a bit of research, seems to be quite low in comparison with competitors, so I am considering my options. Would people agree with that? The work I have been doing has been mainly SAP implementations, but also broader Finance consulting work.My two reasons for leaving are firstly I am not getting the projects I really want (SAP work) as we are not winning them, and also pay.I think if I went to any of the big four, it would be a similar problem. However having spoken to KPMG, they really seem to be trying to build a SAP practice, and also are offering to pay a lot more. Does anyone have any experience of KPMG in the SAP space? I am also considering specific SAP consultancies, such as Infosys and Axon. Again, they seem to pay a lot more. Does anyone have any insight on either of these two?Regarding other consulting firms, it feels like for the work I am doing, it might be a bit of a backwards step moving from Deloitte. What do people think? Are there any other competitors that I should be considering? Many thanks in advance

key question: which firms are you losing your SAP work to? answer that and you probably have a good start to your shortlist

Accenture pay more but they will work you harder. I am sure you will get promoted and you will be in a position to lead SAP bids then. Hang in there but if you do leave then go contracting.
