I like the idea, I think your logo is great, and your attitude is awesome.I hope you do really well with this!One of the main problems I face as a consultant is finding good-quality work for clients who aren't nutcases. One of the problems I've found in the past with purchasing portals is that there are often dozens of companies that get the notice and it becomes too competitive to be worth responding. So a way of reducing competition would be great.

Agree with BEP that usually purchasing portals end up in a price war at the expense of specialization or content of what will be delivered.That being said, your app is an interesting idea with serious potential benefits to both clients and consultants. I think the main benefit will be in broadening the view of clients on the wide variety of consulting firms out there; quite often they will only contact the "usual suspects" or shortlisted consultants they've worked with before on other topics, often not necessarily the best fit for the job.
