I have 5 years of it EXPERIENCE and have an interview scheduled for EY US , next month.1) What level can i expect , If i join there Strategy and Analytics.2) Also , what level a person with MBA degree from US with 5 years of experience expect.

Hmm, typically I would guess Senior Consultant (one below Manager).However due to Ey's current push for recruitment I would push for Manager (there are a lot of cases right now of ppl coming in a grade above where they came from).MBA won't make a difference unless it's from a top school.Good luck

With 5 years of experience he would have a tough time getting in at a Manager grade.
