Hi, I applied for a manager-level pos with Accenture UK two weeks ago. Had a 45-min screening interview with an HR person over the phone. Then several days later I was invited out of the blue to a 2nd 'skills' interview with an MD. No details, except it will last one hour. Is this common? I thought the MD interview was the last in a series of 2-3 interviews? Thanks!
