Hi,I've been offered a position (senior management in business advisory) in Big4 company in Asia (I moved from Europe) and as part of the recruitment process they asked me to provide 2 reference contacts - one my ex-manager and one my ex-client. I have provided them but they didn't contact them until my 2nd week of new job. Now one of my reference contacts emailed me saying that this RMI company wants to do a reference check (phone interview). He wants to be prepared and wants to know what types of questions he should expect? Any idea anyone? Has anyone heard about RMI before?Let me just say that I am quite confident in what I said in my resume and the whole employment process. Simply my reference contact wants to know what to expect.
