Hi Guys, I am a semiconductor/hi-tech design professional spent almost 7 years working for top semiconductor companies.I am looking for a shift to Business Role be in consulting,strategy,product innovation,marketing related to HI-Tech sector. can anybody based on their experience suggest 1) Which uni is considered good for Hi-tech in UK( how is Imperial?)2) Part time MBA vs Full time MBA specific to my case..CheersPiyush

1) I would forget MBAs with a particular specialisation, your prior education and experience give you this. Go to the best school you can get into. Taking consulting as an example, and given the way that hiring occurs at the top firms, the person with good experience pre-MBA and a generalist MBA from Harvard, Wharton, LBS etc is a more competitive candidate than the person with equal experience and a 'hi-tech' MBA from a lesser known school. In summary, you need to be where recruiters are actively looking for their recruits.2) Full-time if you are looking to change company, role etc, which it sounds like you are
