Hey I&apos;m currently a manager at Deloitte in IT Advisory in Toronto, been there for 5 years have about 7 years in total in IT.I just got offers from EnY and Capco at the manager level.Can&apos;t seem to decide, and seems like I might decline both.Capco is paying almost 35% over deloitte and EnY about 15% over.Am I making a mistake by declining such a big pay raise at Capco?
