I'm looking at a career switch in the near future and am very interested in working in Change Management Consulting, particularly in human/behavioural change, culture, leadership etc.I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had any experience in seeking new roles through 'The Shilston Partnership' and whether the service they offer is a credible one.Thanks in advance for your assistance.

They are good actually, I didn't end up taking the job that I was offered through them when I contacted them but I found them very friendly, good candidate briefings and no false promises so no harm in seeing what they have.

They seem to have a lot of "dummy" adverts - and the few real positions all seem to be Big4 (i.e. no advantage over any of the other agencies the Big4 work with). Any idea how many roles they really have on the books? And are there any with non-Big4?
