Hi, I am joining Accenture in London office at C2 grade, although I thought I would have been happier in a grade higher. Anyways, I would like to know how many years on an average it takes to move from C2 to C3 and then to the Manager level?Thanks,

This should be FAQ'd somewhere. The Accenture grades are A, C, M, SM, and SE. the number indicates "years at level" which influences compensation, readiness for promotion, and other factors. C2 -> C3 is not a promotion, it is a progression within the grades. Promotion between each grade takes roughly 2-4 years and longer the more senior you are.
