I am considering applying for a MBA. What are my chances of getting in a top school (Wharton) with 2 years big 4 strat and ops experience and 3 years FTSE 100 experience, assuming 720 GMAT and good extracurriculars?

Considering you got a 720 on your GMAT, I'm surprised you don't know the answerbto this yourself.

With your credentials I'm sure you have a pretty good chance at this. As long as you have a good track record and that you will be able to get good recommendations from the right people then this would not be a problem for you. just be able to present yourself well in the interviews and you are as good as in. goodluck!
