In a dream perhaps, since it's categorically untrue. Strikes me as either someone trying to create a rumour to justify a pay claim "hey boss, BCG are getting 20%, you need to give me 20% too or I'm outta here", or someone fishing for information "no, 20% is wrong, the real figure is x%".

Yep the rumour is true although the rise is more in the region of 15%. We're gettin' richer bwoys!!

does this apply to all offices or only some (e.g. not Germany)? is the idea with this to align salaries in bcg geographies with those in the German system?
