What does Grade M41 on manager level means? How many grades/ Bands are there on M4 Manager level in Deloitte? What is the maximum basic salary Deloitte pays to their managers in consulting.thanks for your help.Regards

The main grades are just M2, M4, M5. The 0, 1 or 2 after each is not commonly used or referred to, but has some sort of link to time in grade and whereabouts you sit in the salary band for the grade.
