Hi allI'm trying to get a rough rule-of-thumb for day rates in Asia-Pac relative to European rates.Eg, if a 'Director' in London bills £2000/day and the same firm bills Directors in Singapore at the equivalent of £1500/day, it'd be 75%.Obviously I'm making gross simplifications, but if anyone can share pointers I'd be grateful.B

Surely someone has worked out there? Or at least worked on a proposal?Cheers!B

Yep completely.Specifically I'm looking at Singapore, HK and mainland China. And India, although it's not in any way pacific...

Day rates in main Asian markets very similar with UK for snr consultant upwards. Junior ranks cheaper.Exception is Aus as clients tend to compare proposed daily rate with their salary and ask for a 50% reduction
