Hi,Having worked at a strategy consultancy for the last 2 years (joined them straight out of uni), I am keen to make a move into an in-house strategy team.I've been lucky enough to get an offer to become a Strategy Analyst at a small, but fast growing media company (annual revenues c.£100m).Best thing about the role is the level of responsibility, I would report directly to the CEO, and would be responsibile for leading a lot of interesting projects. My only concerns are that I'd be the only member of the strategy "team" (no fellow Managers/Analysts), and the fact that it is a smaller firm (hence future recruiters may not find it as recognisable as BBC/BSkyB etc) Would such a job reduce my chances to eventually working in a strategy role at a larger corporation, or rule out a return to a consulting firm in the future?Would appreciate your thoughts, thanks very much Peter
