I've recently been in touch with LEK and Roland Berger, and I believe they do change management projects. Its one of my areas of interest within management consulting. There isn't a specific focus on change management alone at these two, I think, but its part of the organizational behavior.

How about Release Management?

Whilst we are indulging in recondite, woolly fluffy jargon how about:Configuration managementIT managementArchitecture managementProcess managementZB

Because "strategy" is a well-defined word in common parlance?

Change management consultancies perhaps?

@AnonThe OP wanted to know which consultancies are looking to recruit Change Mgt consultants.RB and LEK were mentioned although they are strategy houses, so they'd only have a small number of change mgt positions.There are many consultancies whose positioning is change management so logically they should have more change mgt consulting recruitment than a strategy house.
