For a senior consultant role, if they offer you less than 140,000 Chuffs a year they're yanking your chain

Just my opinion, but CHF 130k for a senior consultant is below market rate out here, there are analysts out here on more than 100k - it sounds like they could be taking advantage of the beating that the queen's pound is taking against the chuff at the moment. Sorry, can't offer any insight into IBM specifically. Zurich is a nice place to live though and God bless Swiss public transport.
