Hi, does anyone have any experience/info about the internal transfer process at IBM? I would not mind working in another country and wondering what the criteria is to be eligible for a transfer. Is there a minimum duration with the company, is it based on finding a role at the target IBM location and how difficult is the process?Thanks.
