PWC interview - Exp. hire Strategy Consulting

Hello friendsI have upcoming interview with PWC as a experienced hire in strategy consulting. The first step in the process is the telephonic interview followed by a technical interview and assessment center. Please can someone give some insights on what sort of questions to expect in the telephonic interview. I have prepared some questions based on the competencies provided at their website. This is the first time I am appearing for such an interview process so any guidance on technical round and assessment day would also be extremely helpful. thank youDB

Deary me, do telephone interviews still happen these days?If the voice quality on the line is bad, do they switch over to doing it by text message instead?

Bushy he said telephonic not telephone. This tells me he is not at the leading edge of TMT strategy, otherwise he would be familiar with the more recent developments in telephonic communication.

I like these ideas of "telephonic" interviews.Any of you guys got other ideas for pompous words that can be worked into e-mails for a laugh?I'll start the ball rolling with "Strategm".

Fiduciary or Fungibility. The latter of which I hate when used to refer to consultants with a flexible skill-set.

Folks,Letting off steam about irritating words is all good fun, but are we going away from the original question, which was about PWC's interview process - which I'd also be keen on any insights for...regards,

I believe it should be "insights into" and not "insights for" and technically you should not be ending the sentence with a preposition...Just to let off some more steam, I typically want to slap people (in this case, you) really very hard with a wet kipper who refer to my colleagues and me as "folks" as if we're in some sort of hippy, free-for-all love-fest....

You're in something far cooler than a free-for-all love fest (without the hyphen)... you're in an anonymous online grammar club. Bet you always dreamt of that as a kid. (I wouldn't be surprised if you actually did).

I think a preposition is a fine thing to end a sentence with.I'm bored at the moment so a a free-for-all love fest (with or without the hyphen) sounds good to me.
Deary me, do telephone interviews still happen these days?If the voice quality on the line is bad, do they switch over to doing it by text message instead?
I had the nightmare experience of having a telephone interview with an american company (so was late at night UK time) and they suddenly turned it into a skype video interview and i was unshaven and in my PJs... was very awkward...

Why did you click on video? Skype gives you the option of a voice call and/or video, never experienced callers having control!
I was put on the spot, panicked, felt under pressure to activate my video as the interviewer had done so... something to beware of in this day and age with smart phones etc...
