Hi,I’ve been a Principal at Elix-IRR since Jan 2011, so I’m well placed to answer this.We’re a boutique operational strategy consulting firm, focused on taking our clients from initial strategy development through to execution of their strategic initiatives.Whilst we continue to work within IT and related areas, it comprises only a small proportion of our client engagements. We have a wide variety of client engagements across most of the functional areas of a business. In fact much of our work is currently within the operations functions of financial services institutions. We work on everything from strategy development, through Target Operation Model design to Cost Reduction, across a variety of different industries.
