Hello everyone,Does anybody here have experience on how to work for a company as an associate consultant and, if so, could you help me resolve some doubts?Some companies offer training and coaching materials to end clients for 360 feedback, but do not provide the coaching services after that. This leaves the individuals at the end clients' company with no support to understand and work on the feedback they have received.I would like to collaborate with a supplier company offering my services as associate consultant to provide the coaching services to their end clients. Can anyone point me in the right direction and help me figure out what I should expect and what I should offer?Thanks!

Not really consultancy though, is it? Sounds more like training to me.Plus, there's a reason so many firms don't hang around after delivering their recommendations. Most clients at that point have the potential to become massive drags on time, yet usually aren't willing to pay the corresponding fees.

What I'm trying to figure out is what I could expect if I collaborate with a test supplier company that collects data and prepares reports, but does not offer coaching. My idea is to have them refer clients to me that need the coaching, and equally I would refer clients to them that are looking for a test supplier.This sort of collaboration is what I am looking for.Regards
