ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Our client is growing the corporate consulting side of its business and there is an exciting opportunity to join the small but quickly expanding TMT department. As a Director you will manage a team of Consultants and Senior Consultants under the supervision and direction of a Senior Director. You will be responsible for executing projects start to finish, managing client relationships, performing complex analysis, and clearly communicating results in the form of written reports and oral presentations. You will have extensive experience within corporate finance or consulting. This should include professional exposure to accounting, management consultancy, or technical corporate finance. PRIMARY DUTIES: •Managing a team of Senior Consultants and Consultants •Supporting the Senior Director in developing the TMT team in the UK and EMEA •Preparing effective corporate analysis including P&L sheets, balance sheet analysis, market research, benchmarking •Preparing effective PowerPoint presentations and quantitative exhibits for third parties on project scope and findings. •Maintaining a professional image within the firm and project the same to those outside the firm. •Tracking the progress of cases and monitor workflow of different matters. •Coordinating and reviewing the work of others and ensure the timely completion of engagements. Desired Skills & Experience •8+ years experience in technical corporate finance •TMT experience is highly desirable •EMEA experience and accounting/auditing qualifications are a plus •The desire to join and build a newly-established teamDon't know much about them but apparently, they've started a UK TMT practice.
