Hi,I am currently going through the interview process at PwC and Deloitte. So far, it’s all positive and I am looking forward to final assessment centers at both companies. I am interested to know the difference in terms of grades/responsibilities between Consultant @ PwC and Senior Consultant @ Deloitte. The Salary + Benefits package is similar; difference is less than 2K.Also, role is in finance transformation space (for both), any thoughts on which company is better to work for, given all other factors (like location, salary, benefits etc) are even. Z

Consultant @ PwC - this is effectively M grade. D have a policy of putting you in the band below capability. Why start on the back foot if you dont have to?

Also consider the hours and stress in either environment. Others may be able to advise on how the two compare?

Would have to say PwC also has it by a nose on finance transformation.
