I have applied for a consulting position at IBM GBS a couple of months ago and I was informed that I would be receiving a job offer but didnt receive anything so far. Did anyone receive an offer letter lately and roughly how long did it take ?I just want to know if this is normal or do I need to be contacting someone.

Who informed you that you will be receiving an offer? Can you see the status of your application in IBM's career site? It changes to 'Offer Made' if they have actually made an offer - their call center is notoriously misinformed about the internal statusAlso, in my case it took about 2 weeks from the date I attended the assessment center to get an offer

I was informed by HR and the call center confirmed the same information, however no time frame was specified.
