HeyI may join IBM Australia next month,would like to know what is the base salary for band 8( to assess the offer given as I have other offer from Deloitte in hand)an MBA grad with 5+ work ex in SAP CRM Functional(is band 8 appropriate)I have other questions too1) do they give relocation allowance ?2) do they administer LAFHA(what is the range % of base salary I can avail it?)3) What is the maximum base salary & band I can ask from them?Please suggest as it is a very complex decsion for me( would be relocating internationally).Any help would be appreciated.CheersAshley

You need to do some research on this to find whats appropriate...seek.com salary center has a guide, as do other global recruitment companies that have done salary surveys in australia. Ask them. I think Michael Page has done one.Dont know if IBM offers LAHFA- prob do. take it if offered as it is a HUGE financial incentive. The CRM market is pretty good- SAP is strong, as is orcl and others that offer SaaS and cloud offerings. Melbournbe and Syd are the top 2 markets for that stuff.
