Hi folks,I am a manager in ACN in Dublin currently and have started to think about a change recently. I've been working here 6.5 years.I have been offered a job by my current client but am pretty keen to stay in the consulting world.My main drivers for a move would be:- pay- learn from a different firm and client setCompensation is reasonable but over the last few years increases and bonuses have not reflected the companies performance and they are working their people harder for less. I'm keen to understand what kind of opportunities and packages I could expect in other consulting companies in Ireland. Any feedback from current employees on manager level pay and benefits? Are there still starting bonuses for experienced hires and what level of negotiation is possible in current market?My experience is all managment consulting, org change, operating model, some merger and acquisition, change management for system implementations, some process work, operations project and programme mgt, a little CRM work (customer experience journeys, call centre transformation). So pretty varied. Any general feedback on the best management consulting companies to work for in Ireland right now and why? Your advice and insights are greatly appreciated.Thanks all

You will probably get a pay bounce moving to another consultancy in Ireland. However, doubt you will get the career development you are looking for;- The larger consultancies are going to be all about transforming the banks over the next few years- Many of the smaller consultancies overly relied on the public sector and the business just isn't there for them anymoreMy advice is move to London for a few years.
