I was approached by Accenture regarding a SE position with their consulting group. After a couple of meetings with them, I got some pretty positive feedbacks. I have limited knowledge about Accenture. I assume SE is MBBB associate/junior partner equivalent? Can any insider in this forum provide a grade/level map of Accenture? I have not been in a stage to talk about the pay expectation yet but I heard they pay a lot less than the tier one firms. My other option is to join ATK as a principle. Any advice?

SE is ~junior partner, as you said. It's the stage after Senior Manager, and has 4 internal levels of 3 sublevels each - so 12 in total. Making it to SE is a big deal, but the level-climbing does not stop.ACN is a good place to be, but ATK would probably be a better choice in the long term. Depends on what kind of work you want to do.

Out of interest, do you know thesalary range for SE? I heard about 150k plus 10-20% starting and can go up to about 350k all in unless you're country lead etc.
