Hi everyone,I have been asked to attend an assessment day at ATOS consulting, Can anyone give me a bit more details on what happens on the day? Its my first time to step into consulting, although I have 7+ years of IT (strategy, implementation) experience in Public and Private sector. Also would like to know the whole process from assessment day till you are offered, how long does that take and what salary bands they have? I was told that as I am joining with some experience it wont be as low as a graduate but I dont know what a graduate gets, any information would be greatly appreciated.On the same note, I have applied with accenture, PWC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG and they all have said no. I really dont understand the reason behind rejections, is it my salary expectation, or my age (29), or my experience? Do they just hire graduates? Any other companies you could recommend?ThanksCatcher
