Better chance in getting into an IB unless that is where you are coming from?Prob with hedge funds is that rather a lot, well the smaller ones anyway, won't do much in the way of Ops or back office as they will outsource all of this to their Prime Brokers. Best advice is to look up the bigger ones, research them to see if they perform their own Ops and apply directly
