eyee's right, and I'm out of date on packages but to your other question .... sectors are industry-specific (or collections of insutry focus areas) whereas capabilities are cross-industry functional specialisms (eg IT advisory, finance, supply chain etc). the original idea was that the sectors would sell and the capabilities deliver, and be measured respectively on sales and utilization; but when the sectors were given higher utilization targets they recruited delivery people and it all became a bit of a muddle
