Howdy folks.Anyone from Axon visiting these forums, can you tell what are the Consultant grades at Axon? What grade can I expect to get into at Axon with 10 years in SAP? Cheers!

Axon are the most unethical bunch of monkeys I've ever come across. A Consultant level is a lowly drone, though after 10 yrs of SAP, it's not much of an achievement. I have worked closely with AXON on projects and they cannot deliver and cannot be trusted. Avoid at all costs unless you have no ethics.

Anyone else who has worked closely with Axon got anything to say?

HiMy partner works for axon having worked for Deloitte and went in as a MC - during his time at Axon he has had 3 bonuses, 2 pay rises and 1 promotion - at Deloittes they received 1 pay rise in 3 years.. They have a great flourishing career in axon and have no complaints about climbing through the grades.As an MC you could expect between 70-80k depending on which level you were entering at (there are 4 grades within each of the titles) but that doesn't mean you won't be operating at a higher grade to prove yourself - my partner is aiming for a certain level and the resourcing team and his colleagues have been supporting this request.Hope this helps as there is too much negativity around Axon which is unfounded!
