Some variation between practice lines but as a broad indicationExec (Senior Exec doesnt exist - its part of the Exec band) - about 36 - 55, sometime up to 58. No car. Bonus introduced recently.Manager - 60 - 85, realistic top would be 75, any more than than and you are seen as expensive at the grade. car at about 5K. bonus as before.SM - 90 to about 130 on paper, 120 in reality, will stretch this upwards off piste for exceptional cases. Be prepared for roughly 1M+ in sales at this level. There is some variation between practice lines, the closer you are to assurance the less you get generally, so risk, audit, assurance, actuarial coming in less than the more pureplay consulting parts.

1M seems a low sales target for SM? Is that true?

1M+, so expect this to increase through the SM band. I have yet to get a truly accurate indication on this - accounts seems to vary...

Wavey can you give us a more accurate revenue figure for SM grade? I get fluctuating estimations depending on the source.

EY SMs have formal sales targets? Interesting - PwC axed those a few years ago, and even at Partner/Director level within Consulting is far more focussed on team sales targets these days.

Senior Manager is a make or break iN EYIf you don't hit your sales targets you are out. Or more likely if you aren't in the right club you are out irrespective of whether you hit the target or not
