Hi All, Need an advice from you guys. I am C1 (C2 in 1 month). I have been offered a Business Architect role in Direct Line. As usually there are pros and cons:Pros:- Potentially good team (all strategy cons) - Potentially interesting job (they have 500m to invest and the team need to shape how they would do it)- Potentially good type of job (quite strategic, TOM, org design type)- Potentially good career progressionCons:- Not consultancy (less options?) – arguable point- Location is Bromley, not central London (still 30 min from my place) – hence less opportunities to network outside employer- Have to build the industry, employer knowledgeWould move into industry limit my choices later if would work couple of years and go back to consultancy? I have been offered 50+k and the whole package is 25% more than I get now, but in the long run would I gain or lose financially?Mike
