Hello,Capgemini roles are almost the same as any other Consulting organization. You have the same hierarchy of Con- SCon - Managing Con -Sr Mgr Con - Principal Con - VP( similar to Partner).So, the VP is essentially a Partner / Head of the particular unit. If the unit is large you will have multiple VPs acting like Partners.The progression of Consultants gets to a ceiling at the VP level. Director is a flexible fancy designation that is thrown in somewhere between Principal and VP. I have seen people equivalent to both Principal and VP brandishing their Director designations.Cheers,Rajiv
