Congrats on your promotion. But wow that's low. Presume it's nearer 68k with benefits though? Top of sc is 62k.The policy used to be bottom of grade or 10% rise for promotion - whichever is greatest. Less than inflation rise would imply thats no longer the case. Was reliably informed bottom of grade was 70k last year...so seems that has been dropped too.

Yes - just under £70k with benefits. But I also had thought bottom of grade was £70k (basic).

Only a couple of k less than last year...as the 70k I referred to was inc benefits. Still, another example of the grade boundaries dropping.
