Hi all,I am trying to decide if I should take this particular offer. I just graduated from an MBA program in Germany and was offered a position at a management consultancy firm after an internship. If am being offered a Sr. Analyst position with entry level pay. Before the MBA worked in the network security industry before that in various roles (technical and non technical) for almost 5 years and I have worked in 3 different countries.The company also hired another classmate with significantly less work experience at the same level and pay. So do you think that this is a good offer because I am starting off at a position that someone with a bachelor's degree can achieve in 1-2 years and they are not valuing the MBA or the international work experience.What do you think?

I just wanted to add that the company is a well known brand and I will be joining the financial services division of the company.

Sounds like you're being offered a role 1 or 2 levels below what you should, but as Mr Cool implies, it all depends on what you're options are.
