I have been interviewed for a job by Cap, I have 15 years exp out of which 8 yrs in Accenture, my last level in accenture was Sr.Mgr, even I am confused abt the level I will be offered if Cap decides to make an offer......

Thanks taxidriver, what should be the salary, I currently make 105k plus bonus, is it fair to ask for 120k plus bonus ?

Depends on where you are coming into the business. I doubt though they will stretch to 120, or even above 110Much nicer org to work for than ACN, even if their brand is weaker

fight hard for the highest base salary as chances are you'll be sitting on it for a while and bonuses have not been generous in recent years. don't underestimate the power of that ACN brand - at this level you will be expected to sell 1-2m a year, and whereas at ACN the opportunities are at least there for the bidding, at CG you will have to drum them up and then fight off the internal competition... I'd think long and hard about this as a career move - go to Deloitte maybe, but CG?
